requested conditions by means of total quality

Complementary Expressions
In order to implement our quality policy, the
following principles shall be applied. The
application of these principles are under the
commitment of top management.
• Statutory and regulatory requirements and customer
requirements and expectations
shall be followed sensitively and realized as soon
as possible.
• Requirements of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001 and SII-005
standards shall be completely
applied in our quality system. The necessary
resources shall be supplied to maintain
the quality management system.
• Objective studies shall be conducted for "continuous
improvement and these are
reviewed periodically.
• The education shall be given the strategic
significance
Environmental Policy ;
Trakya Döküm, manufacturing and trading on grey,
ductile and malleable iron casting parts, undertakes
to apply the needs for being sensitive to the
environment by having priority for supporting of
recycle and reuse of wastes in every stage of its
activities.
Our

related laws and directives of the
environment within the framework of the
environmental aspects.
• To be sensitive to the environment while using
energy, water and natural resources.
• To increase the environment consciousness of
'Trakya Döküm Family' and who works
on
behalf of Trakya Döküm.
• To consider the environmental factors while
choosing the product, material and the
process.
• To improve our environmental performance
continuously.
• To
prevent pollution by using of new or enhanced
technologies at production process.
• To reduce usage of harmful substances and use less
pollutant substances for all
activities.
• Our environmental policy is open to public.
Quality System
• Quality assurance studies based on ISO-9000
standards were initiated in the beginning
of
1990’s.
• Quality is established inside the manufacturing
processes in Trakya Döküm's plant.
There is "Quality Control System" on incoming
control of raw and auxiliary material,
process and final product control activities.
Computer Aided Test and inspection
instruments have been used in control of product and
process parameters.
• Important process parameters have been kept under
control by utilizing "Statistical
Process Control" (SPC) method continuously.
• Measurement System Analysis (MSA) has been made to
analyse the variation present
in
the results of each type of measuring and test
equipment system.
• "Process-FMEA" technique has been utilized during
introduction of a new product in
advanced product quality planning system.
