How is Malleable Cast Iron produced in Trakya Döküm?

The malleable cast iron and fittings production line is equipped with a Disamatic 2013 Mk4. with a cooling zone of 18 m. long; Junker presspour and Junker main frequency melting furnaces.

The heat treatment process is achieved by LOI, pusher type, electrically heated, heat-treatment furnaces. Blackheart malleable iron is ferritic in structure.
