Trakya Döküm, a SOYAK GROUP company, with its modern production facilities and experienced personnel is one of the leading cast iron manufacturers in Turkey.


Total area is 220.000 m² and closed area is 50.000 m². Total number of employees is 700 and the number of engineers employed is 45.

Machined and rough high quality ductile, grey and malleable cast iron jobbing parts in the range of 50 gr.'s up to 25 kg's and components for; automotive, machinery, electrical, white-goods, hydraulic pump and construction industries, malleable fittings, special pipe jointing parts for gas, water and other applications have been produced since 1982.

Three foundaries on the same location with a total capacity of 70.000 tons are equipped with five main production lines with modern sophisticated technology machinery and equipment, enabling the company to produce a wide range of superior cast iron parts and components, for sale worldwide.

2 Automatic Inductotherm pouring furnaces (Heated version) equipped with visipour auto-pouring control and auto-stream line inoculation systems
2 Dualtrack Inductotherm medium frequency melting furnaces with a total capacity of 20 tons/h
Tandish cover ladles with sandwich method for Mg treatment and alternatively wire treatment method
Fully automated sand plant equipped two high speed sand mixers with a total sand preparation capacaity of 200 tons/h
2 Continious shot blasting and various types of batch and hook type shot blasting machines
Hydraulic trimming presses with NDT test equipments

Automatic ABB pouring furnaces (Heated version) equipped with laser-pour auto-pouring control and auto-stream line inoculation systems
Dualtrack Inductotherm medium frequency melting furnace with a capacity of 4 tons/h
Tandish cover ladles with sandwich method for Mg treatment
Fully automated sand plant equipped two high speed sand mixers with a total sand preparation capacaity of 100 tons/h
Fully synchorized Batch type shot blasting machines
Vibro-conveyors with a race-track at the end of the line.
